The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), a government agency in charge of the country’s internet industry, is planning to progressively introduce software programming classes into public schools, giving students an opportunity to write code in a classroom setting. The ultimate aim of the government in rolling out these classes is to keep the Singapore economy at the top. This big leap in information technology will help to create avenues for success in the small and medium enterprises which in turn help boost the economy.
It is in this inspiration that we are holding a free introduction course in mobile app developing to start up the flame that the government is introducing. The free introduction course will be a hands-on tutorial on how to develop mobile apps using handphones or tablets.
