Responsibilities:- - Provide administrative support to CEO to ensure all secretarial/ admin/ support requirements are met. - Accompany CEO to all important activities. - Organize, maintain correspondence & records, follow up & reports. - Major in coordination work with contractors/ vendors. - Making online purchases, travel arrangement & maintaining household accounts.Requirements:- - A Levels - At least 3 years of admin experience - Must be able to coordinate activities well - Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills - Singaporean - Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates/ counterparts - Working hours 11am to 8pm (Monday to Friday) - Able to multitask & priorities work - Attractive year end bonus - Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
