• Assisting in day to day administrative matters and providing support to Management team when required.
• Managing and assisting in incoming and outgoing documents.
• Responsible for office supplies including pantry, stationeries, office equipments and liaising with vendors to schedule periodic operational maintenance.
• Responding to incoming visitors and customers’ queries.
• Assisting in logistics arrangement for company’s events and venue rental operations.
• Candidate with at least 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Able to speak English fluently. Ability to speak in Mandarin is a plus.
• Possess good administrative skills and telephone etiquette.
